SIGNS LOERA LLC provides signage products and related services, including but not limited to custom sign design, fabrication, installation, vehicle graphics, LED displays, channel letters, banners, and monument signs. The specific details, specifications, pricing, and timelines for each project will be outlined in individual proposals, estimates, or service agreements.

4.2 Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of preparation. Final pricing may vary based on material availability, scope changes, permitting requirements, or site conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.

4.3 Order Confirmation and Contracts

Orders are not confirmed until a signed agreement or purchase order has been received and a deposit (if applicable) has been paid. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4.4 Project Timelines

Lead times and install dates provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, permitting delays, material supply chain disruptions, and site preparation issues. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in United States dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price quoted at the time of order confirmation.

5.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply:

  • A deposit of 50 percent is required before production begins
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation or at the time of delivery for products
  • We accept payment via check, bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed upon

5.3 Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5 percent per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold delivery or installation until payment is received in full. In the event of non-payment, we may pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Website Content

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, and other materials, is the property of SIGNS LOERA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.

6.2 Trademarks

The name SIGNS LOERA, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SIGNS LOERA LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6.3 Client Materials

When you provide us with logos, artwork, designs, or other materials (Client Materials) for use in our signage products, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce those materials. You grant us a limited license to use Client Materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your signage order.

7. Design and Approval

For custom signage projects, we will provide digital proofs or mockups for your review and approval before production begins. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully for accuracy, including spelling, dimensions, colors, and layout. Once you approve a proof in writing (including email approval), we will proceed with production.

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Any errors that appear in an approved proof and are reproduced faithfully by us are the responsibility of the approving party.

8. Installation

8.1 Site Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible, safe, and prepared for installation. This may include obtaining necessary permissions, ensuring structural readiness, and providing access to power sources if required.

8.2 Permits and Compliance

Where applicable, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, landlord approvals, and HOA consents unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can assist with permit applications as an additional service.

8.3 Installation Personnel

Our installers are trained professionals. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. We maintain appropriate insurance covering our installation operations.

9. Warranties

9.1 Limited Warranty

SIGNS LOERA LLC warrants that our signage products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified in your project agreement (typically 1 to 5 years depending on the product type). This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials that arise under normal use conditions
  • Failure of electrical components (for illuminated signs) within the warranty period
  • Peeling, cracking, or significant fading of finishes under normal exposure conditions

9.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper maintenance by the client
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period
  • Damage from external causes such as vehicle impact, falling objects, or construction
  • Power surges or electrical issues at the installation site

9.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will inspect the product and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIGNS LOERA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Website or services
  • Any delay or failure in performance beyond our reasonable control
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on or related to our services
  • Any matter otherwise related to these Terms

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIGNS LOERA LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
  • Any Client Materials you provide that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Your negligent or wrongful acts or omissions

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following applies to custom orders:

  • Cancellation before production begins: Deposit may be subject to a restocking or design fee
  • Cancellation after production has begun: Full charge applies as materials and labor have been committed
  • Stock or pre-made items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25 percent

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for custom-manufactured products once production has commenced unless the product is defective.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. Additionally, our Website is developed and maintained by Atomic Navigate as our technology partner. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interactions with Atomic Navigate or any other third party are governed by their respective terms and policies.

14. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify any part of the Website without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime, technical failures, or interruptions in service.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of Utah in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys fees and costs.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action brought in connection with these Terms that is not subject to arbitration shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any agreements signed in connection with specific projects, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIGNS LOERA LLC regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
